My appointment was on time. Eye test/examination was very thorough. I discussed a few issues, these were anwered very clearly and I was then reassured. The thorough testing included a photo of the back of my eye which was very useful as it showed that the hemorrhage that I had last year had gone. I would recommend (and already have recommended) the opticians to my family/friends. Well done to the team at my local Boots (Harlow).

I didn't really like the new layout of the room and the way they tested your vision by you looking in a mirror high up on the wall in front of you at a screen behind you.
